GLOSSARY

MinePiece: The name “MinePiece” refers to the branch of the company RIVRS dedicated exclusively to the MinePiece platform (game servers based on Minecraft).

User: The "User" is defined as the natural person using the services offered by RIVRS.

Services: The term “Services” encompasses all services offered by RIVRS related to the MinePiece gaming platform (game servers, website, forum, store, voice servers such as TeamSpeak and Discord, community, etc.).

Content: The term “Content” refers to all data (texts, images, audio, video, in-game builds) published by RIVRS and/or present on any of the Services.

Personal Data: Information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of natural persons to whom it applies (Article 4 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).

Intellectual Property Rights: A legal term referring to trademarks, domain names, copyrights, drawings, patents, database rights, or any other intellectual property rights used by RIVRS and necessary for its service activities.

Hyperlinks: A hyperlink, sometimes referred to as a "link" in the web world, is an element on a web page or document that, when clicked by the User, redirects them to another web page or document. This element can be an image (photo, icon, logo, etc.), text, or a defined area on the page/document.

Cookies: A cookie is a small file that does not allow the User to be identified, but records information relating to a computer's browsing activity on a website.
